1. Using Little Talk

Little Talk is a social platform that allows users to create, share, discover, and interact with content, including posts, images, comments, and user profiles. The App also provides features such as content discovery, search, following, blocking, and reporting.

Little Talk is operated in accordance with the laws of Thailand. By accessing or using the App, you agree to use Little Talk only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and applicable laws of Thailand.

If you access or use the App from outside Thailand, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. To the extent permitted by law, we do not represent or warrant that the App is appropriate or available for use in all jurisdictions.

You are responsible for your use of the App and for ensuring that your activities, content, and interactions with other users do not violate the rights of others, public order, or the normal operation of the App.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

Little Talk is intended for use in accordance with the age rating assigned to the App on the Apple App Store or other applicable distribution platforms. By accessing or using the App, you represent that your use of Little Talk complies with such age rating requirements and applicable laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to allow others to access or use your account and not to use the App in a manner that violates these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide in connection with your account is accurate and not misleading. Any use of the App through your account will be deemed to be your responsibility.

3. User Content and Community Guidelines

Users may create, post, upload, and share content on Little Talk, including text, images, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).

You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit, post, or display on Little Talk, and for any consequences arising from it.

By posting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

You own the content or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use and share it
The content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of any third party
The content complies with these Terms and our Community Guidelines

You agree not to post or share content that:

Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory
Contains sexual, violent, or obscene material
Infringes intellectual property rights
Contains false, misleading, or deceptive information
Promotes illegal activities or violates Thai law or other applicable laws

Little Talk reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, monitor, remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law, without prior notice.

Users may report content they believe violates these Terms. Little Talk may take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or termination.

4. Privacy Reference

Your use of Little Talk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal data.

By using Little Talk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with such policy.

We process personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) of Thailand.

If you do not agree with our Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of Little Talk.

5. Content Ownership & License

Users retain ownership of any content they create, post, upload, or share on Little Talk, including text, images, comments, and other materials (“User Content”).

By posting User Content on Little Talk, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such User Content solely for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving Little Talk and its features.

This includes displaying your content in feeds, search results, recommendations, and to other users within the platform.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We do not claim ownership of your User Content. However, we reserve the right to remove, restrict, or disable access to any User Content that violates these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

6. Termination and Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account, or your access to Little Talk, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if we believe that:

You have violated these Terms of Service or our Community Guidelines
Your activities may harm other users, the platform, or the public
Your content is unlawful or inappropriate
We are required to do so by applicable law or competent authority

We may also remove or restrict access to any User Content that violates these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable laws.

Users may report content or accounts they believe violate these Terms. We will review such reports and may take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

You may stop using Little Talk at any time. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through available account settings or by contacting us.

Termination or suspension of an account does not limit our right to pursue legal remedies where applicable.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Little Talk is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied, regarding the operation, availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform.

We do not guarantee that:

Little Talk will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any content will be accurate, complete, or reliable
The platform will meet your expectations or requirements

User Content is created and provided by users. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any User Content posted on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Little Talk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of data
Loss of profits
Reputational harm
Service interruption

We are not responsible for any disputes, damages, or losses arising from interactions between users.

If you access Little Talk from outside Thailand, you do so at your own risk, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that Little Talk is appropriate or lawful for use in other jurisdictions.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to your use of Little Talk, these Terms, or any services provided through the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Thailand.

You agree that the courts of Thailand shall have sole jurisdiction to resolve such disputes.

If you access or use Little Talk from outside Thailand, you do so at your own initiative and risk, and you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that Little Talk is appropriate or lawful for use in other jurisdictions.
